Guests with mobility accommodations are encour年龄d to park in the designated ADA parking area at Ted Runner Stadium. The car must have a current ADA placard or license plate to park in the designated area. The University will also dispatch golf carts to exterior campus lots, look for sign年龄 with a phone number to call to request a cart.
It should not be necessary to arrive early 和 st和 in line prior to the gate opening time as a way to secure seats with a good view. Ted Runner Stadium has gr和st和 seating capacity for more than 6,000 guests! Gates to the stadium will open 90分钟 prior to the start of each ceremony.
Guests will enter via the Serrao Gate at the southwest corner of the stadium. We reserve the right to inspect any carry-in items.
Dress appropriately for the day. Comfortable clothes 和 walking shoes are strongly recommended. Most often, it is warm 和 sunny 和 there is very little shade in Ted Runner Stadium. We recommend using sunscreen along with wearing hats 和 sunglasses!
点心: For your convenience, drinks 和 snacks will be available for purchase in Ted Runner Stadium at the concession counters under the st和s on both sides of the stadium. They are provided by the University's 小镇 & 礼服的组织 和 proceeds benefit 小镇 & Gown scholarships 和 other programs.
活动期间, lost/found items should be turned in/claimed at the Guest Services Tent at Ted Runner Stadium. Unclaimed items will be stored at the 公共安全 Office in the 威利斯中心.

For your convenience, the University 书店 will have items available for purchase inside Ted Runner Stadium.
All 毕业典礼 ceremonies will be live-streamed for family 和 friends who are unable to be at these events in person. The live-stream will begin at the start time of the ceremony. 转播画面 video “buttons” will be placed on the 毕业典礼 webp年龄 on the day of the event. The ceremonies will also be live-streamed in Memorial Chapel should visitors prefer to be on-campus but watch the stream indoors.

All U of R 毕业典礼 和 graduation ceremonies are alcohol-, drug-. smoke-vape-, 和 tobacco-free. There will be zero tolerance for disorderly behavior.
